Credits are valid for 12 months and product-specific sub-limits apply.

How to apply
- 1Open the official Cloudflare for Startups page and choose the self-funded or partner path.
- 2Provide the company website or social presence, incorporation details, funding stage, and partner proof when required.
- 3Submit the application and wait for Cloudflare to confirm the applicable credit tier.
- 4Activate the credits in the Cloudflare account and review the product caps and expiration date.
Important notes
- Credits are valid for 12 months and product-specific sub-limits apply, including separate Workers AI and R2 caps. AI Gateway is not covered by the startup credits.
- Current program criteria include a technology product, a public website or social presence, incorporation within 10 years, and funding up to Series B or earlier; higher tiers require partner affiliation and funding proof.
